Design Cost and Description

Hardscape Concept: The components of your landscape that set the structure and defines the outdoor living areas (patios, walls, water features, steps etc…)

Planting Plan Concept:  The components of your landscape comprised of all trees, shrubs, perennials, herbs, cactus.

Plant Catalog:  This is comprised of an individual sheet describing the plant size at maturity, plant growth habit and care instructions for each of the plants chosen for your Design. 

The Hardscape and Planting Plan comprise the most essential part of the Landscape Design.  These concepts give you all the descriptive callouts and material quantities needed to attain competitive bids from contractors and/or proceed with a Do-it-Yourself project.

Irrigation Plan: This includes the location for the Point of connection (POC), Backflow, Mainline pipe, Electric valves, Drip lines, Irrigation heads and Controller location.
